Your wedding bar, owned.

Cocktail hour to last call, two bartenders when you need them, a timeline that matches your day, and nobody from your family behind the bar. You buy the alcohol. We do the rest.

Hour by hour

What a wedding bar actually looks like.

A typical 5 pm ceremony. We build this timeline with you on the planning call and hand it to your planner and venue.

3:30

We arrive and build

Bar up, ice in, cocktails batched, menu on the bar. Your alcohol is checked against the shopping list.

5:30

Cocktail hour

The busiest hour of the night. A welcome drink on arrival keeps the line short while the bar opens.

7:00

Dinner

The bar slows. We restock, re-ice and prep the second wave. Wine service at the tables is your caterer's; we'll coordinate.

8:15

Speeches and the toast

Bar paused so nobody's shaking a cocktail over your father's speech. Champagne poured and on the tables before the first toast.

9:00

Dancing

Two bartenders, pre-batched cocktails, no line. Water station refilled every hour.

12:00

Last call and out

Last call at 11:30, bar closed at midnight, torn down by 1. Your leftover alcohol boxed, labelled and handed to whoever you named.

A real quote

75 guests, seven hours, two bartenders.

This is what most weddings our size look like on paper. No surprises on the night: every line is agreed before the deposit, and the alcohol you buy is yours — we never mark it up.

Most 75-guest weddings land between $2,000 and $2,500 before HST, depending on hours and add-ons. Smaller weddings under 50 start at the Full Pour price.

Full Pour — 50 guests, 6 hours, full bar, three cocktails$1,599
Second bartender, full event — covers guests 51–75$300
One extra service hour$100
Champagne toast service$125
Travel — Durham RegionIncluded
Before HST$2,124

Your alcohol, bought from the shopping list we send: roughly $900–1,400 for 75 guests at the LCBO, depending on the menu. That's a separate number and it stays yours.

What couples ask

The wedding questions, answered.

Our venue needs a certificate

We carry $2M general and liquor liability and we'll name your venue as additional insured. Send us their requirements and the certificate goes to them, not through you.

Do we need a permit?

At a hall, barn, tent or any rented venue without its own liquor licence — yes, a Special Occasion Permit, in your name. It's an online form. We'll walk you through it and tell you exactly what to buy on it.

Can we name the cocktails?

Please do. Three signature drinks of your choosing, named whatever you like, on a printed menu at the bar. A cocktail tasting before the day is $95, credited to your booking.

How many hours do we need?

Cocktail hour to last call is usually seven. Book them in advance at $100 per hour rather than deciding at 11 pm. We stop when your venue or permit says so.

What about guests who don't drink?

A signature mocktail is $45; a dedicated mocktail bar from $125. The water station is always there. Nobody at your wedding is handed a can of pop.

What if someone's had too much?

We handle it quietly and we handle it ourselves — Smart Serve means we're trained to. You will never be asked to cut off your own uncle.

Check your date before the venue tells someone else.

Saturdays from May to October go first. We reply within one business day.
